Early 30’s female and looking for a book club in Monmouth County. Want to read and also meet new people since I’m new in the area. Where should I look for this?

Libraries. Maybe Meetup.com , but I doubt that.

I tried this a decade or so ago and had no luck. I found one out in Hamilton or such, but it was run like a HS English class so I never went back.

Thunder road book store in spring lake does a book club. I’m pretty sure booktowne in manasquan does one but I’m not positive.

If you like non-fiction try a book called CHAOS by Tom O'Neill. The title is actually a little longer. It's about Manson, the 60s and the CIA and the author's investigation for an article that became this book. I couldn't put it down but this kind of stuff is up my alley.
