What kind of site are you looking for? Regular homes and businesses or something special and large-scale?

Something creepy and eerie. Honestly it doesn’t even have to be an abandoned place like honestly just a system of tunnels or like sewers and whatnot.

https://weirdnj.com/stories/paulinskill-viaduct/ - this might fit the bill! I went about 15 years ago. If I remember right there was an abandoned train station not much further down the tracks - or where they once were. It was pretty cool, especially around dusk.
