I think this was a premium from The Best on WFMU with Tom Scharpling. I got it like, 10 years ago during a pledge drive and it's sat folded up in a drawer all sad. Time to get it framed!

Edit: will try to get a clearer picture of the glow map soon. Kinda hard to do it in pitch black with a phone camera!

Back in the Upsala days they always gave great bonuses for a donation, cool tee shirts that this stupid gave away, albums, buttons. We used to call in and bother them but they would play any request for us. we still love you ducky.

They still do give great bonuses! I've gotten posters, tote bags, CDs, T Shirts, along with weirder stuff. Got a turntable slip mat from someone. Great fridge magnets from Clay Pigeon. Marty McSorley recently did a koozie for 40s - the thing is gigantic! Seven Second Delay did a pack of cigarettes called Fatal Flaws that says "don't be a pussy" and "now 97% cancer free." I thought it would be candy cigarettes but it's actual cigarettes wtf.

Love WFMU swag, great station, I’m always so excited to pledge and get my swag. I recently got a sweet tee shirt showing a glimpse of the Pulaski skyway and the Kearny generating station dripping in oozy green slime, it’s a really cool design.

I switched to swag for life because I know it helps the station plan better, but I do miss calling into the shows to give them dumb messages.

You still do get to pick your DJ premiums tho, and there are still cool things every year! Just gotta browse that catalog every year when the pledge drive starts.
