Am I supposed to be getting charged $25 a month automatically? I was under the impression I do $25 in the beginning and replenish as needed…

Once.. At the start.... They deduct your tolls from this and recharge (to ±$25)at a certain point ($10?) Depending on your routine travels. Then they charge $1/ month. This works against your discounts, but with the cost of mailings, it's still worthwhile.

Check the threshold on your account. It’s probably automatically set to replenish when it dips below $25. Maintain a $100 balance and it will auto replenish less often

Make sure your vehicles are listed on your account. re: replenishment - we had some excessive tolls over a short period of time, all valid, but they bumped up the replenishment amount significantly. You can can the amount reduced but it takes a call to them.

if you use it pretty often be prepare for it to be even higher. anytime it goes under a certain threshold it will renew.

$25 is low. I’m in the office 3 days a week and travel 3 exits on the turnpike. My replenishment is $60

They evaluate your usage few times a year and than charge accordingly. $25 is very low, so you will most likely be charged more once the account it evaluated.
It fluctuates all the time, and if you don't use it, they won't randomly charge you for it just for the sake of charging.
I'm paying an extra dollar or two to have statement mailed to me every 2-3 months.
