Been to mogul and rasoi but they are about 30-35m from Bridgewater/warren area. Looking for butter chicken type food. Aroma is close by but cleanliness is an issue there. Are there any other places that have buffet for butter chicken type food that's not in Edison that is on par?

Arzu on Main Street in Freehold has an amazing buffet with a huge variety and excellent quality.
Check to make sure it is being offered obviously.
Also next to Edison the entirety of Oak Tree Rd in Iselin has nothing but Indian food of every kind including lunch and dinner buffets, bakery sweets, and specific regional grocery stores.

I believe a Neelam in Middletown is buffet for lunch. The food there is quite good

Rivaaz in pequannock is good. A bit far from Warren but for buffets, it’s excellent

Very Famous.
But I think they are all vegetarian. No butter chicken?

You can eat Indian food on Newark Ave every day for a month and not have the same thing twice, so many restaurants on one street and they're all good.

They said butter chicken type food so I figured I’d suggest similar.
If they need meat I’d try Persis in Franklin park but Butter Chicken and things like Chicken Tikka are very westernized dishes. Kind of like burritos. I suggested Chand because they have some creamy dishes like Malai kofta that they might want to explore
