I was thinking specifically about crashing into emergency vehicles. It looks like they said they fixed it:

Mine would dangerously decelerate when it saw emergency lights flashing. Didn't matter where they were though, just any lights flashing anywhere vaguely ahead of you would cause immediate and unexpected hard braking. I always feared someone would rear end me or road rage me for brake checking them. So glad I sold that thing.

Once in a while you might get something true, but this wasn't one of those times.
