Yes they do! We tried to rent a night for my family member who needed a place to stay for a few days. I put in her info as she was going to be the one checking in (I live in a different state). Had to put in her driver’s license number and everything. After the reservation was made I got an email saying that the rental was denied and they blocked my account. I can only assume it’s because my family member is an ex felon.

That's fucked up. I've not found one reason to rent from them. I hope you were able to find suitable lodging for your relative. Like they don't have enough shit on their plate from society.

Thank you! Yea at that point I just got them a hotel room for a couple days until their situation could be sorted out. I’ve never rented from them before and I damn sure won’t now with all the ridiculous rules and fees.

You're welcome! Yeah, I'm not about cleaning and cleaning fees nor exorbitant rates for a vacation. I've read so many horror stories. I'll just take my ass to the hotel/motel, thank you very much. LOL
