I was about to be skeptical since they used a different appraiser but 1.5 million is not something you chalk up to human error. A number like that is deliberate.

If the appraiser was applying, a consistent methodology, even an incorrect one, it would be easy enough to prove there was no racial animus. Clearly that didn’t happen.
