Always reminds me of the massive suicide drop, when people stopped having gas ovens.

People get drunk and sad and impulsive.

A gun is just a faster, messier version of a gas oven.

People still have gas ovens. The gas used in homes changed from coal gas, which was largely carbon monoxide, to non-toxic natural gas.
