Not only does the city’s taxpayer have to pay this settlement they’re paying for a pension to Philip Brailsford, the cop that got hired for one day, after he killed Daniel, so he could collect a pension.

As a Mesa resident, it makes my blood boil. The cops here are still grade A pricks and I have no use for them.

The tax payers should pay because this is what they voted for. We hold the power to change this system and we should be responsible for paying the penalty until we do.
