Sexual predators find jobs where they'll have access to vulnerable people and kids. Like priests, teachers, and police officers.

I think his point was that landlords don't even get the privilege of being a "job" because they don't really contribute to anything or do anything like other jobs would

Well, I'd be interested in hearing from some landlords. The ones I know work their asses off, and consider what they do as their job.
