Yes.. they tell us not to show up to the plant and to come back the next scheduled work day.. and we get paid like normal either way.. I’ve been building these Corsairs and Escapes for 8 years and the past 3 we’ve consistently had part problems

They might tell you to not drive, but I can't imagine then explicitly saying you need to stay home. That's ludicrous.
