Have you ever put a Peep in the microwave? Something everyone should experience at least once. Easter's coming up, too.

They make pretty decent s'mores after a trip through the microwave. We used to call them "P'mores" as kids because we thought we were funny.

I don't know how long it's been since you've had one, but for decades the sugar coating had a sharp acrid taste (I am sure it was the coloring) and that is no longer the case. That taste, along with the grit, made them inedible to me but now I love them.
