Are you sure there isn't someone in your lumpy couch, or was it lumpy at your old place too?

It's definitely seen some wear and tear, but it didn't feel quite as lumpy at our old place. I'll have to look into this!

Even at $65k under asking, it's too dear for me.

Maybe knock a few grand more off, though. There's one less room than there was when you bought it, after all!
