Chuck your phone and get a burner. Pull all of your cash out of the ATM. Call an Uber driver and then offer them cash to take you somewhere far away, off the record. They damn near killed you, I wonder if they told anyone else about it. If so, take advantage of that. Let everyone think you're dead and disappear. Don’t turn yourself in? How can they prove it was you? Don’t mention anything to anyone. Just go back to where you are living at. Claim to have no knowledge of anything. Worst comes to worst you tell them they beat you up so you ran outta town back to where you were living at. It wasn’t your gun.
