OP, I read that you changed locks and got a dog. I hope you also put security cameras, or motion-activated cameras around your house, that way, if he does come back, you will know, hopefully before he gets to you. If he comes back, hide, and have a weapon with you. If the police won't help you, do what you must to survive. The fact that all his victims looked like you makes me think you may be his next target, so you need to do whatever you can to have an advantage if he comes after you. Get pepper spray, it'll make it harder for him to see you if it comes down to you and him in a confrontation. Wishing you good luck.
