Yeah, but clearly her parent's aren't very responsible and didn't think of that. Since she is starting to shiver and feeling the urge to come out of hiding, I'd say it's safe to bet that he's inside the house.

Possibly, but considering that both of those side effects have already been established as something that occurs when in the vicinity of the demon, it's far more likely that the demon has entered OP's house.
