Yeah. The emphasis in the fact that she was a teenager entering puberty is weird. OP is a bit of a villain to me.

He is clearly a villain. He murdered all those people cruelly after they fed him and assisted him without any real evidence they were hurting innocent people.

i mean, they did come to his room wearing cultist robes and trying to sacrifice him with a knife. I feel as if that was evidence enough.

While I think it is also weird. I think OP was showing an animalistic view of the girl, which I think was a bit of foreshadowing to his animalistic side. Just my take.
