I think you should take the leap and sleep with the mistress. It seems to me that it’s something she won’t do with just anyone and it might be just as valuable as the blood you gave. The downside is that your blood won’t be valuable anymore. (Unless sleeping with the mistress somehow doesn’t take your virginity.)
