And I genuinely doubt everyone stuck in those situations are there willingly..

Why wouldn't you say "most" if it accurately represents "way over 50%" mathematical expression?

It's a pretty simple law enforcement statistic of gang and drug related kidnappings, of which there's an overwhelming majority when we're talking adults, and in those the victim typically is a proper crim himself and won't snitch, so refuses to deal to law enforcement immediately on being freed. Downvoting mathematics?

With children it's overwhelmingly custody disputes.

PS If you're thinking primarily of trafficking, it's a totally different crime, doesn't need to involve kidnapping, so the two are completely different statistics not to be confused.
