By repeatedly voting for them the British people are justifying and supporting their hateful ideology.

Actually, I believe that British values are at odds with the Tory government.

Don't worry, we'll have a chance to vote them out by January 31st 2025.

I honestly don't know where the Tories find these abominably racist women of colour...

It's almost like the desire to pull the drawbridge up after them causes their brains to break

This is the important thing. The party doesn't care if you are black or white. Only if you are among the elite or not.

Some of the bootlickers might think differently, but these politicians say all the right words to mollify them.

Getting out from under the EU Courts was the reason that Tories conspired with Russia and Cambridge Analytica to get the peasantry to vote "Leave".

The European Court of Human Rights has nothing to do with the European Union.

The ECHR was formed as part of the Council of Europe in the aftermath of WW2 and was predominantly championed by that obviously Marxist enemy of the British people, err, Winston Churchill. Its goal is to protect people in Europe from tyrannical and fascist governments. A particularly appropriate role when dealing with the current Tories.

It is the cornerstone of the "Never Again" consensus which has reigned throughout Europe since 1945.

I mean, if you look at the values of British colonialism, she is right that a Human Rights court would disagree with them.

Current values of British govt:

Dehumanise refugees.

Use refugees as blame for all that's wrong in UK.

Use inciteful language.

Continue with inciteful language after attempted bombing of refugee camp and far right riot.

That's what the ECHR is at odds with.

Not my values.

Generally speaking, if

a. your "values" are at odds with a "court of human rights"; and
b. That court has not been shown to be as misnamed as "The Democratic People's Republic of Korea";

Then your values are corrupt and rotten and need to be regulated by that court more than less.
