Yeah what you are describing are issues with drugs and being lazy. Fuck them, write them off and send them on their way.

Because the Reactionary right will pick up many races it is the working class that will pay. Just as every tax dollar spent on junkies and the lazy is a tax dollar that will not go to working class and poor kids insuring they will succeed in life.
