Tbh people in Turkey and surrounding areas eat a TON of bread. Im from Eastern Europe and my mom would buy two or three fresh loaves every day.

No, he is talking about countries, he said "You consider bread a staple food source but I don't, bread is the staple food source of stupid(uneducated, weak, poor) societies." and said this is proven and scientific. He said this because Turkey's consumption of bread is high compared to other modern countries and the country is getting worse and worse in every standard for example the economy is at all-time low(inflation is at %80) and he also said "Because our people are satisfied with just bread the same rulers are ruling this country for 20 years."
