Are you serious? Big guys are untouchable. Mom & pops are struggling everywhere they can't comply with ever changing BS regulations and don't have law firms attached to them.

You pretty much 100% agreed with me. Smaller companies have a harder time complying with regulations, while big guys don't. This is sometimes a good thing (the local McDonald's is likely cleaner than the local dive), but is often just a symptom of regulatory capture.
