The status quo is the always the easiest. And we all know how well that’s going.

What is necessary to change the status quo is also hard:

  1. Fire employees committing misconduct.
  2. Fix the rule that need fixing.
  3. Fight the lawsuits.

Doing 3 will help expose and solve 1 and 2 at the same time.
