There are services. Lots of them. One if the biggest problems is that we don't have any real involuntary hold laws, and most of these people truly believe that they have nothing wrong with them and as such won't voluntarily go seek out treatment

They are wholly insufficient, but yes we need to bring involuntary holds back.
