I didn’t see this coming. Thought it was a good location but I’ve been there a few times and there’s definitely something lacking. Maybe the way it’s laid out? I’m closer to the Queens location than Red Hook but I definitely go to the Red Hook location way more.

Since you mentioned it, the way the store is laid out is absolutely terrible. It's completely random, impossible to find what you want. I genuinely enjoy visiting IKEA but I never had good experience with this particular store.

Read in an article the brilliance of the IKEA floor plan to twist and turn rather than straight lines, like in most department stores. This encourages people to see and spend more. Proud I went in for only one thing after reading that article and stuck to the plan.
