Do you actually think it’s as easy to get to Rikers as it is to get to Astoria?

Hmmmm for drivers yes. Rikers is connected to Astoria. People get to LaGuardia too, same general area. For public transport there’s dedicated bus lanes and buses, yeah you can get there.
