Legal to have, not legal to sell (except like one shop in the city that opened yesterday).

The stores selling California shit are doing so illegally but there's no enforcement.

The only concern you should have is price for amount and if your weed smells of chemicals, is super dry hard to smell or “damp” and also hard to smell. If none of that any shop is fine. Google Thc to Cbd so your also not scammed. Gorilla glue is your friend👌🏾✨
