That said, they did in effect paint a parking spot. It's crazy that there can be weeks-long gaps between milling, paving, painting lines, painting colors, and adding in flex posts and stuff. Absolutely terrible project management and they don't care to improve.

You’re right about the poor project management, but for context, the DOT is severely understaffed, partly due to the return to office mandate that made many employees quit.

So it’s amazing that they get anything done at all these days.

Its been like this for weeks now. They’ve got to be able to better coordinate the teams to finish this off.

yeah some people will complain about our incredibly unsafe streets and complete lack of desire to make them safer, how absolutely weird!
