If you want to find someone, try East Village/LES. I'd say that's probably the loosest areas of Manhattan with less uptight people.

It's a gay leather bar (same name in a lot of cities) and your chances are likely higher as straight men to find anyone there because they don't mind giving a pass for mediocre hygienic standards + for older guys it's a novelty.
