Damn, feels like they should actually negotiate a contract with their union first!

There’s cannabis dispensaries open all over nyc. They’re called bodegas. By the time official dispensaries open, most consumers will already have a place to buy that will be cheaper because they don’t pay tax. The rollout has been really poorly managed.

Not to mention they magically legalized weed in NYC right after NJ cuz they knew they would lose* tax revenue to people crossing the border to buy.

NY state doesn’t deserve our cannabis taxes. We shoulda had this rolled out properly years ago.

When does Empire get shut down?

Honestly as soon as I can buy trustworthy edibles I’ll never go back to empire. Their prices are opportunistic and prohibitive. I hope they go under once legal sales are established.

I like to contemplate what they’ll do with our drivers license info.

I’m sure there’s plenty of cynics but I’m looking forward to legal commercial weed sales.

Same. And I’m especially looking forward to buying from Housing Works, because of their charitable work. It’s a two-for-one win as far as I’m concerned.
