No joke, but me and my 2 kids felt the same 2 weeks ago. It felt horrible tbh and i thought it was because i a ate like a pig on a wednesday night before going to bed. Nxt morning, my stomach wouldn't take anything so i fasted for like 36 hr straight before feeling little relieved.
