Imagine if the pilot of an airplane injured 22 people, or a ship captain. They literally have teams of federal employees waiting to investigate such incidents.

The subway shooter was just charged as a terrorist and now that you mention it I don’t see why this should be any different. Hell the subway shooter actually injured less people.
