Strike. Do it. Hospital administrators ate fucni g garbage. They are pinching from every employee they called a hero. They are pinching from every employee they sent ad sacrifice to covid when they said they didn't need masks. Fuck hospital admin. Strike, maybe everyone in Healthcare will benefit.

I really do agree with this. NYU and other hospitals not participating and unionized will benefit from this and I hope this really changes things

Mortality rates at hospitals increase nearly 20% when nurses strike. I hope they reach an agreement before then.

Fortunately for you, surgeons are well trained. I’d be more concerned for older patients with acute symptoms and for those with planned procedures. You’ll be okay!

If it is an elective procedure, it will almost certainly be postponed if there is a strike.
