Just recently canceled my annual membership. The bike quality has degraded so hard over the past year. Almost every bike I checked out as of late had some issue ranging from cut up seats, messed up brakes, dented/banged up/defaced frame, and most annoyingly, just being super hard to pedal and get up to a decent speed without exerting a ton of effort (when I did occasionally get a “good” bike, the difference in ride quality was night and day)

Plus 9 times out of 10 it took attempting several different bikes before I was even able to undock.
