Im not having a convo about rights. Nurses have the right to stike. Suits have the right to underpay and overwork their employees. Its irrelevant to the fact that people will die on the strike. And I condemn those slowdowns and sickouts.

Underpaying and overworking in healthcare leads to deaths. Strikes are planned in advance. Facilities have notice and contingency plans. Any deaths fall on management. The nurses are fighting for better patient care
