They claim that this is the second “legal” one. Does anyone have or know of the list and dates of these places that have been issued a license? Because there are 2 other ones I have known of that have been open months before “ the first legal one”. One is literally down the block by the uptown train stairs on Broadway. The other is 8th off of Broadway down towards 6th ave. So I went in to both other stores after the first ( legal) one opened and asked. They both responded. That’s because that one has connections with people connected to the city. Thoughts?

Housing Works opened the first legal/licensed one after Christmas: https://gothamist.com/news/legal-recreational-weed-sales-begin-in-new-york-city The one in this post is the second. The others operate in a gray (at best) area, not specifically licensed to sell commercially.
