I enjoy Capital One’s 360 performance savings. No fees, very big name bank with an easy app and website to navigate. APY of 3.40% currently

Prefer Ally.com...easy set-up, easy to make it a joint account, easy to add beneficiary, and a Buckets feature for earmarked savings categories. Bonus points for extending the bonus interest for new deposits to existing account holders not just new accounts.

Lots of great options already. Just avoid Citibank - they like to freeze you account and the refuse to return your money.

Any input about wealthfront? They claim to offer 4.05% apy currently.

Can we create a pop-up that appears if you’re detected writing a post about HYSA options that asks, “Have you looked at any of the five million other posts asking this exact same question in the last month?”

Marcus currently at 3.75% easy to open and manage. If you don't mind taking a couple more steps you could also look into brokerages and open a Money Market account. Edward Jones is currently above 4% on their Money Market Savings.

Pay off credit card debt. That could be 19% to 29% guaranteed rate depending on the interest rate they charge.

Discover 3.5% APY (not the highest) but they do offer a bonus of up to $200 if you deposit a min of 20k. $150 bonus for 15k if you don’t have 20k. They upped my initial apy of 3.3% twice in once month. 3.3-3.4 and 3.4-3.5 all within the past 2 weeks. I’ve only been with them for a month and have no issues with them. I did a lot of research and ended up settling with them. I would have gone ally but discover was offering the bonus money at the same apy

My top 3 were Ally, Discover, and Marcus. All reputable companies with great customer service. All around 3.5% right now. There are always going to be small no name companies offering 4.5-5% but usually money transfers take longer and customer service is sucky.

I use Wealthfront. Don’t have any issues with them at all. Honestly you won’t have problem with all/majority of them.

I’ve had my Wealthfront account for 3 years. Used for a little bit at the beginning and now have 6 figures in there since end of last year. No issues with deposits or withdrawals, it’s literally no different then my chase or my CU account in that regard. No yearly fees and no minimums.

I use AMEX HYSA currently at 3.5%. Online and Mobile experience is integrated with my card online. Have had it for a while, never an issue, simple and easy.
