Lenders can take some time to report the lates. They can also do a good faith removal of the lates if you ask them. It’s usually worth a shot, especially when it’s an accident

But to answer your question, I would have absolutely no idea. It’s a little concerning that you wouldn’t know if you’re on the mortgage, you’d have to have signed the application as well as the closing docs.

And if the mortgage is listed as a tradeline on credit karma, then obviously you’re on it, unless it’s the old mortgage that hasn’t been removed yet. Check your report and verify it’s the new lender/servicer on there and that the balance is different than the old one, that’ll indicate that you’re on the mortgage. If it’s just your wife, the new mortgage won’t be on your credit at all
