Itβs pretty common in the US now to not ask/give current salary but salary expectation in your new role should be discussed in the first conversation with a recruiter. I would never waste my time interviewing unless I knew we were all on the same page about salary expectations.

This whole time I thought it was common practice to just lie and say you make a little bit more and you're looking for a little more than that. It's been my best way to avoid wasting interview time ππΌ
