From what I gather, Chase doesn't have a way to request a credit limit increase online (despite it being almost 2023) and the only way is to call the number on the card in order for a Chase rep to do it.
I just called and they told me it's not only a hard inquiry, but the rep asked me for mother's maiden name and my password.
Anyone else experience this? Does this sound right?
I told them to forget it because that's doesn't even remotely sound secure and I'll just make prepayments instead.
