It’s from an apartment I lived in with my mom and sister which at the time I was a minor so I don’t understand why they are sending me letters and constantly calling me about payment

I’m not paying them shxt but I’m tired of the letters and phone calls, what’s the easiest way to get them to stop…I can’t afford an attorney.

See "How to handle collections" here:

Consider sending a dispute letter (as documented in the link above). If they respond with the original contract used to rent the apartment, point out that your name isn't on that contract. If they fake your name on the contract, point out that you were a minor, and unable to legally sign a contract at that time.

It's your legal right to have debt collectors stop contacting you.

Best thing to do is send them a letter certified mail, and make sure you keep a copy of the letter and certified tracking.

This will require you to answer the phone and ask for their address.

Sounds like they are attempting to collect the debt from anyone remotely associated. Because if you ever pay them a dime, it’s like assuming the debt responsibility and too many people don’t know this. Tell them your were a minor at that address and not responsible then or now for that debt. And they need to remove your name from their list. By law, they have to stop calling you.

Was their name on the apartment or was it just you?

I think we were all on the lease but I’m honestly not sure

Are you still on good terms with your mom and sister? Talk to them about getting it taken care of and if not, call the collectors and let them know the situation. If you were a minor at the time, you're not as liable as they are for it.

Is the debt under your name? If not, call them and clear it up

My name isn’t anywhere on the letter besides for the mailing part & they aren’t even on my credit at all

Then tell them it isn't your debt and you will be filing a lawsuit against them for harassment.

Apartment management probably had a list of all occupants of the rental — this does not make you in any way responsible for the debt. Tell them you will report them for harassment if you hear from them even one more time.
