3/17 Foxtails @ Space 1026
3/19 Muse/Evanescence/One OK Rock @ Wells Fargo Center
3/24 Kali Malone @ some church in Rittenhouse
edit: i found an email, Kali Malone was originally at First Unitarian but moved to First Presbyterian
You spend more time at concerts than I do at work.
I am so pumped for that muse show. Let’s goooooo.
What’s the deal with warehouse on watts? Never heard of it, but definitely interested in RAP Ferreira. This show isn’t even listed on his bandcamp
It’s an event/bar space inside an old warehouse near broad and girard.
It’s pretty cool, saw local h there, seen them A few times at various venues. They had the best sound at warehouse on watts
Nice, didn't know Bill Callahan was coming.
Some church lol enjoy the FUC
I had no idea about Xymox. Sorry I missed getting tickets. Enjoy.
> 3/8 Clan of Xymox @ Johnny Brenda’s
Gonna be a good one.
> 3/19 Muse/Evanescence/One OK Rock @ Wells Fargo Center
Oh shit, it's already in March? ONE OK ROCK (that's how it's spelled/capitalized) is one of the best shows I've seen at the Electric Factory a few months back, they actually made the place sound great. (I also saw MUSE there... 15 years ago?)
> 3/24 Kali Malone @ some church in Rittenhouse
How dare you - "some church". It's F.U. Church!
I might tear up at that Unwound show. I've been waiting 20 years for this.
Oh shit l didn't know RAP Ferreira was coming back to Philly.
Kali Malone is at First Presbyterian, I think?

Wow I had no idea clan of xymox still existed.
I just love Bill Callahan so much.
Saw The Beths at Underground Arts last year and they were fantastic. When I saw they were coming around again to Union Transfer (my favorite venue), I knew I had to see them again!
For anyone who hasn't heard of them, they're a great indie rock band from New Zealand, check 'em out!
I’m so jealous you got tickets for the Beths.
Knowing I can Google it, but who the hell are all of these bands/groups/shows?
Hello fellow older redditor. I, too have some googling to do.
25 year old here, also googling with you guys 😂
[removed]
What bands are you going to see?
I need to shuffle through my countless tabs after looking up some of these shows but I have no concerts lined up for March as of yet. Might have to hit a random based off the names above
I’m sure if you post what genres you are generally interested in, people can point you in the right direction!
When i cant sleep sometimes i look at concert listings and look up every headliner I dont know, listen to a few of their most popular songs. At my age its mostly all of them. I fall asleep and forget all about them so I have yet to “find” new music for myself. But I do fall asleep.
Sounds like GenZ(ero) trash to me from the first glance.
3/25 The Wonder Years & Hot Mulligan (The Queen, Wilmington DE)
The Wonder years were amazing live. Finally saw them in philly last Fall. Enjoy!
Ugh wanted tickets so badly
Luckily my good friend works at The Queen and was able to buy them right away for us, lucked out. I'm pumped! Never seen Wonder Years live and have been loving Hot Mulligan the last year
Carly Cosgrove will be a great opener too!
Have tickets to both shows at the Queen! Seeing twy live are my favorite times of the year!!
Just had an excellent time at Scowl/Jesus Piece/Zulu/Show Me The Body at the Union Transfer. Really looking forward to The Acacia Strain/Full of Hell/Fit For An Autopsy at Underground Arts on 3/9!
I’m at the Acacia Strain show but for Primitive Man. Can’t wait.
Wait, Primitive Man is playing?! I didn’t see that!
Same, I’ll probably leave after Full of Hell.
Man’s speaking my language here. Good stuff
I loved scowl, not so much show me the bodies. I could be into this 3/9 show
VIAGRA BOYS TONIGHT
I was there! Such a good show
Happy St. VD!
OH MY GOD WHERE.
Wait why does everything say they're in Brooklyn tonight. I saw one thing that says UT but I'm trying to buy tickets and it all says Brooklyn.
Ah fuck it was last night

3/16 - Mandy Valentine/Kelsey Cork @ Tin Can
3/23 - Rubblebucket/Lunar Vacation @ Brooklyn Bowl
3/24 - Why Bonnie @ Silk City
3/31 - Tennis/Kate Bollinger @ The Fillmore
Can't wait for Tennis. Saw them last year and it was a great show
I’m also doing rubblebucket I’ve heard they put on a great show
Nice, I'm mainly going for Lunar Vacation, but I discover a lot of new bands by seeing bands I like open for other bands.
Oh cool, I’ve never checked them out- can you recommend some bops of theirs I should check out before the show?
I'd recommend checking out their new performance on Audiotree. For songs check out Shrug and The Basement, that will give you a good range to start with.
Cool thanks man!
I’ll prob join for that Thick show
is rubblebucket that band from western NY?
According to their Twitter they are located in Brooklyn NY.
> Thick/Puppy
Moved to the Met from TLA.
I think you are mistaken.
TLA sold out in just a few hours when the tickets dropped last Friday, they moved it to the Met ASAP as possible.
Wrong band, you’re thinking of Skinny Puppy
D'oh!
ASAPAP?
Can you suggest anything faster than that?
Bruce and Goose.
Weyes Blood - UT, 3/1
SZA on 3/2 and I cannot waitttt!
Also what lists should I subscribe to so I’m on the up and up with all these cool shows everyone is going to
I use Bandsintown app to see who’s coming through personally
03/29 Avey Tare @ First Unitarian Church
The Beth’s at UT 3/3!!
I didn't know they were coming back to Philly!!! 🥰
God I'm old: English Beat at the Keswick
3/17 - either Quasi at Johnny Brenda's or Yo La Tengo at Union Transfer. Leaning towards Quasi
Quasi with a new album who knew
ryan adams 3/30 @ Parx, of all venues.
Ryan is always a fucking great show. It being at Parx is very weird but what can ya do.
his latest tours are 3 hour acoustic sets.
well, the dude has pretty much been cancelled industry wide, so it's not surprising that he's taking what he can get.
it's not that. he just played the academy of music last year.
3/18 White Reaper at Underground Arts
3/22 King Tuff at Johnny Brenda's
Got into both these bands (way too late) at the start of the pandemic so I'm very excited to finally catch them live
3/3 - Anais Mitchell @ Penn Live Arts
3/10 - Paolo Nutini @ UT
Shit. Well, since Circa Survive is on hiatus, I gotta find some new bands to listen to
This news is just still breaking my heart.
Besides Anthony’s solo work this is my favorite of his bands. Never had the chance to see them, nabbed tickets in late 2019, or early 2020????, for the Blue Sky Noise anniversary tour. Was so damn pumped. And then..well everything.
I hope they get back together one day.
Right? It hurts. I had to take a small break from listening to their music after the rescheduled tours finally got canceled. Anthony's music is pretty good, but also makes me a little sad about Circa.
I got to see them twice and it was a magical experience both times. Hope you get to see them someday when they get back together.
3/29 Avey Tare of Animal Collective, First Uni! Super psyched, seen him a couple times with AnCo, but never solo.
Oh damn I might have to go to this!
3/26 Our Last Night at Brooklyn Bowl
Holy shit that band still exists?!
3/11 - PLIB @ John & Peter's in New Hope, PA!
March 4th - Lil’ Yachty - Let’s Start Here - listening party
On a side note I highly recommend listening to this album if you like rock. Yachty did a completely left turn from mumble rap to psychedelic rock - I’m blown away every time I listen to this album
Where’s he playing? Didn’t know he was coming to Philly
He’s not coming to Philly(that I know of), just someone is hosting a listening party for his new album
I just searched for this and it’s just showing rolling loud. Amazing album!
