This happens all the time. Construction workers down the street from me literally fenced in two parking spaces so they could leave their cars there while they were working.

Aw man. Well yeah I’m gonna keep moving them and parking because it’s insane. Then they use PGW cones so the older residents think it’s legit , park far and have more of a walk.
