Gee if only we had 10 square miles if unkept parks already existing In The city. With trolly tracks already laid. Imagine that.

We can build a new park while also improving the ones we have, these aren't mutually exclusive.

They are tho. Fair mount park has rotted to nothing. Hope this doesn’t become Phillys Central Park or the new fairmount in 50 years.
