There has been a fire alarm going off somewhere in Center City continuously since 2 am, at least. It’s super loud and it’s kept me up all night. How is it just running continuously like that? Why hasn’t anyone shut it off? What about the people in that building? I’m going crazy.

It's the "everything is okay" alarm. Rarely goes off but just be happy that everything is okay.

I was going to work-riding on the 42. I heard an alarm on Walnut- think past Broad? It was a bit past 6 AM.
