Is there some kind of random marching band / drum performance going on in south Philly?

I can hear it from my apartment and it's freaking out my cat. I think it's coming from the direction of Snyder/Passyunk and 15th or 16th street. I dunno. I'm making dinner so I haven't tried to investigate.

It sounds a bit like a parade or something which seem a bit random for the early evening on a Wednesday.

I'm mostly curious if anyone knows.
