Part of the reason, yes. KJ and Squilla also just don’t give a shit and let that particular area languish despite being a prime commercial corridor.

wouldn’t be surprised, a friend of mine who lives in my hood said she caught the owner of her nearby corner store using food stamps to buy products for the store. not sure if other stores do the same with em but probably so
