Hair salons

I’m looking to get my hair cut/dyed but Im very particular about the color. Is currently Artic Fox Tealtastic and I love it, but my tours are growing out.

And suggestions for salons that use Artic Fox or can color match my roots?

Arctic Fox is a regular OTC brand and salons usually use ‘salon brands’. However, Talking Headz in west Philly and American Mortals are fantastic.

I don’t know about the specific hair color but places like Heavy Metal Hair Salon dye bright colors all of the time.

I'm not sure what brand of color they use, but I go to Wendy at Sage Hair Collective in Old City for vibrants and she's been fantastic (currently rocking purple, but I've done a couple different galaxy/mermaid combos with her). They also send you home with the leftover color so you can do touch-ups at home between visits (which is perfect for my incredibly lazy/procrastinating self)

Idk about Arctic Fox but I love Rin at Spa Elysium in Chestnut Hill, she’s done my hair purple, pink and royal blue over past couple years and does a fantastic job

how well does the color stay? the only reason I mentioned that specific brand is cause i know it stays in my hair and doesn't wash out

As long as I used shampoo and conditioner that doesn’t strip coloring it stays great, she also does it so as it starts growing out you’re not seeking like a block line of color, looks like ombré growing out

Studio Teknik on South St uses Pravana but will also use whatever dye you bring in. Personally after switching to the Pravana colors my hair stays more pigmented longer, and they do a solid job on bleach, tone and color. I have a few different photos on my profile of my color through them if you want to see results.
